What is your hiring process like?Recruitment: The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment efforts in order to identify applicants. If there is a vacancy that a department head seeks to fill, the department head should make the need known to Human Resources. The department head then completes and signs a Position Requisition Form and forwards it to Human Resources Department for further review and approval. The Human Resources Department may post and communicate the vacancy through internal and external postings, outreach efforts, recruitment fairs, or by soliciting resumes from interested individuals. External postings will remain open for at least fourteen (14) calendar days. The Interview: A recruiter from the Human Resources Department will reach out to you to schedule a first-round interview. The first-round interview will be conducted via in-person, over the phone, or a virtual conference tool. Second and final round interviews will be conducted if you are selected. References and Recommendations: Final candidates must provide at least three references. A reference check must be completed and documented prior to an offer of employment. Offer Letter: Our favorite part of the hiring process! We’ll make it official and welcome you to the team. Expect plenty of information about our benefits and general life at Treasury. Upon acceptance of an offer, the candidate must complete a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) authorization form and Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form.
